The INEC Chairman in response to questions after his briefing as to weather the National Assembly and Senate were aware and on board with the decision to shift elections stated that at the National Council of State meeting the Speaker of the National Assembly and the senate President were present and well aware of the shifting of the 2015 General Elections.
